One on One

Ana specializes in helping adults understand their stutter and speak freely, through the “Safe Spaces of Stuttering” approach.

Through this approach, clients can establish and grow healthy spaces for stuttering within self, a close inner circle, and within community.

Decrease the anxieties around speaking with research based practices.

Talking shouldn’t be stressful. With the right guidance, it doesn’t have to be.
